1. Agreement to terms

By using the FloNodes ("FloNodes," "we," "us," or "our") website, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

2. Our services

FloNodes provides websites, AI chat, review management, Google Business Profile optimization and related marketing systems for local businesses, delivered on a month-to-month subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. SMS & text messaging consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from FloNodes and from businesses using FloNodes' systems, related to appointments, follow-ups and account updates.

4. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, use our website and services lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Payments & cancellation

Subscription plans are billed monthly. There is no lock-in contract — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

Website designs, code and materials we build for you become yours to use for your business once paid in full. FloNodes retains ownership of its own underlying tools, templates and systems used to deliver the service.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." While we build and maintain your systems in good faith, we don't guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings or booking volumes, since these depend on factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FloNodes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

9. Compliance with laws

Both parties agree to comply with applicable laws, including those governing electronic communications, messaging (such as TCPA and CTIA guidelines) and data protection.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
